It took a couple of days for me to calm down enough from my insurance denial hearing to appreciate and enjoy your memoir. I’ll never have an opportunity to travel out of the country and wouldn’t risk hitch hiking. I had a close girlfriend who wanted me to join her and her sister to hitchhike to Woodstock, lol.
